Shipping policy
Orders are printed and fulfilled by our production partner Printify. As each item is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
Delivery times (after production):
- France & EU: 3–7 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We ship from EU fulfillment centers where possible to minimise delivery times and avoid customs fees for European customers.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email automatically.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers once the order has been dispatched.
Lost or damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@lifeisacircus.fr and we will work with Printify to resolve it.
